Taco Buddha

Taco Buddha impressed me with its authentic Tex Mex. We did takeout and everything was nicely packaged and easy to open. The queso was thick as it should be and satisfying. The shrimp tacos were generously sized and excellent in flavor. The green and red sauces should not be overlooked. Embracing a mission to share both traditional and adventurous menus, Taco Buddha invites customers to eat with peace. Also, EVERY dog who walks by gets a treat! The patio is fantastic and as the weather starts warming up, that is our go-to seating! We tried it all! 🥑 The fried avocados were fried to perfection with a crispy exterior that perfectly complemented the creamy inside texture of the avocado. 🍚 I love the Mexican rice here. It’s a flavorful addition. It’s perfectly cooked with a blend of spices. It’s fresh and satisfying! 🌮 All the tacos are large and made with love! We tried the fish and shrimp tacos! Both delicious

Being here for the first time today, I thought modern wooden atmosphere was wonderful and the cashier was amazing at explaining the options on offer for the day. I ended up getting The Nashville (which was with very fresh lettuce, good sauces, and crispy chicken strips), the Texas Slate Cake (moist and a nice medium chocolate) and a Del Rio Quesadilla. Unfortunately the Quesadilla did not have the beef I requested to have put in (which i didn't get to notice until I was reall close to home) so I can't comment on that properly - I really hope next time it doesn't happen!

Want a variety of tacos, this is solid fusion taco choice. It’s unauthentically American on purpose. The Nashville was particularly a good balance between ingredients and the flour taco. Taco with Indian flavors meat was on the dry side but good effort none the less. You come here for the variety of fillings, but tortillas are a bit generic. Just like how important rice is to the sushi, the tortillas are a bit lacking in flavory grubbiness. Fried avocados were also a bit disappointing, none of the crunch you’d hope for like a fried pickle but only the soft mush of the avocado.

I had never eaten here before we decided to order food for our work holiday party. We were so impressed! My coworker repeatedly said that her shrimp taco was the best she had ever had--and she eats a lot of shrimp tacos. I loved my quesadilla and my street corn. And the praline was also amazing! We all had special requests on our orders and they were all done correctly. The people who brought the order to my car were also very nice. We will definitely be eating here again!

The food was great! I would say that it’s a more casual sit down place where you’re not getting the full restaurant experience. You order at the front or scan through QR code. The tacos are around $5-6.The margs are around $10 and they use the same cup as the water cup to give you an idea of how much you’re getting. We also got the chips and salsa. The salsa was probably the most disappointing part of the meal. It was watery and tasteless. It tasted like watered down BBQ sauce. The food wasn’t blowing my mind but it’s a good place for a weeknight spot
